Rewards offered under the VLCC Way of life program cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount unless specified otherwise.
The redemption is deemed to be complete on receipt of the vouchers by the member and required reward points will be deducted from the member’s account. Non-usage of the voucher within the specified time limit will amount to expiry of the reward points.
Redemption vouchers offered under the VLCC Way of Life programme are valid for a fixed period of time as mentioned on the vouchers .Expiry of vouchers would also entail expiry of reward points which the member is redeeming. The same would apply to multiple services offered under the same redemption.
All points earned under the VLCC Way of Life programme are valid for 1 year from the date of acquisition of points. All unused points over a period of 12 months will be expired and will not be available for redemptions.
The Way of Life membership can be revoked or refused if the member is involved in any kind of fraud, shoplifting, cheating of any sort or other illegal and immoral activities. Under this the membership can be revoked with/without cause and without notice. The membership can also be revoked if the member is found to be misusing the card or the programme in any way.
Loss of card needs to be reported immediately to VLCC and all benefits and privileges would be suspended within 96 hours of receipt of the intimation.Vlcc does not hold the responsibility for lost card and its misuse.
VLCC Way of Life permanent membership card will be issued on completion of a spend of AED 750.
All privileges, products and services offered as rewards are subject to availability.
All VLCC services and products offered as rewards under the Way of Life programme are governed by standard warranties and terms of use applicable to respective VLCC offerings from time to time.
VLCC reserves the right to make changes to reward points calculations, all other specifics and terms and conditions at any point of time at its own discretion without assigning any reason or notice.
VLCC reserves the right to modify or close the VLCC Way of life Programme at any point without assigning any reason or giving notice whatsoever. It reserves the right to modify or close new or existing memberships for the programme temporarily or permanently as decided by the management.
Benefits and offers made through the programme may change or be withdrawn without prior intimation. VLCC will not be responsible for any liability arising from such a situation. VLCC will also not be held responsible for any liabilities arising from use of offers made by third parties.
The Way of Life membership is currently for the individuals above 18 years only. It is not a corporate card or does not offer corporate membership.
The VLCC Way of life programme is currently offered only in certain countries. All Terms and conditions, rewards and privileges associated with the programme are applicable to VLCC centres in specified countries only.
All disputes arising are subject to local countries jurisdiction. For UAE, it would be subject to UAE jurisdiction in Dubai.
The card remains the property of VLCC and the card holder will only be the custodian of the same.
